Workout Wednesday 10/26/16 : Kettlebell Density Circuit

Alright guys, it is that time of the week again for another killer workout to get you through the week.

Workout of the Week

This weeks workout requires just one set of kettlebells for 5 different exercises, and it is a total body blast. I love kettlebells because they are versatile and you can pretty much hit the entire body with these things and they can get you both strong and sexy at the same time.

Grab a pair of kettlebells and get ready for a killer challenge. Remember to choose your weight wisely and keep the reps nice and clean for true results. It can be tempting to choose more weight so try not to.

#WorkoutWednesday : Kettlebell Density Circuit

Put 40 seconds on the clock for each exercise and take 20 seconds rest after each exercise. Repeat for 3-5 rounds and rest 90 seconds between each round.

Double Kettlebell Deadlift

Double Kettlebell Press

Double Kettlebell Alternating Reverse Lunge

Double Kettlebell Bentover Row

Side Plank
