It’s Wednesday, and you know what that means….
Hopefully by now, you all know that full body density based training circuits work.They are fun, challenging, and produce quick results. By getting more work done in an allowed time, not only do you burn a ton of calories, gain muscle and get stronger, you look like a beast doing them.
What more could you ask for?
In today’s workout, you will need access to some kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, a suspension trainer ( we like the TRX), and 30 minutes.
But be warned, this is not was easy as it looks, and can catch up to you fairly quickly.
The first circuit you will perform as many as rounds as possible in 10 minutes. Keep the weight constant throughout and try to crush the rounds and rest at the end of each round.
In the video, I completed 10 of everything, so if you want an extra challenge, try that!
Squat Variation x 5
Hanging Leg Raise x 10
Deadlift x 5
TRX Row x 10
Circuit#2 Dumbell 10’s
You will also put 10 minutes the clock. Grab a pair of dumbbells where you can perform reverse lunges, incline bench press ,and a chest supported row for 10 reps and minutes . Rest at the end of each round but keep it no longer than 90 seconds.
Circuit # 3 KB Density Circuit
Grab a kettlebell to where you can perform a single arm deadlift, 1 arms carry and a 2 handed swing. You will perform 5 reps on 1 arm, then carry for 20 yards, perform 5 reps on the other arm carry the bell back then perform 10 swings. You will have 10 minutes to complete this circuit. Try to get as many as rounds as you can and choose the weight wisely.
