This week I am writing to you from the 30th floor of the Grand Hyatt in San Diego at the Fitness Business Summit 17. I am so excited for this conference as it gives me a chance to network and take my career to the next level. It also gives me and the wife a chance to have some much needed couples time and have a little fun.
With that being said, this weeks workout features some of my favorites moves and includes in my opinion some of the best exercises you can do to burn fat and build muscle when crunched for time.
On my way to California didn't have time to film but check out this weeks workout. 1st round put 5 on the clock and get as many rounds as you can. Rest 90 seconds after 5 minutes. # 2nd Group aim for 3-5 rounds with no more than 30 seconds between each exercise and try to use the same weight to make the transition simple. # 3rd round give this your best and aim for 3-5 rounds.
