Workout of the Week : Train Like a Marine




Marine Alright guys this weeks workout is one of my favorites for complexes, and it requires a bit more of some knowledge around the gym and some endurance.   It also happens to be a workout from one of my previous articles on STACK.com

Train like a Marine

What you will need : Barbell, pair of Dumbbells, and a few Kettlebells 

Perform each exercise for three sets of 15 reps unless otherwise noted, with minimum amounts of rest between exercises. Rest 1 minute between sets.

Barbell Complex
Barbell Deadlifts
Barbell Pendlay Rows
Barbell Back Squats

Dumbell Complex
Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs)
Renegade Rows
Overhead Press

KettleBell Complex
Double Kettlebell Reverse Lunge, 3×10 per leg
2-Handed Kettlebell Swing
Double Kettlebell Squat
