By popular demand , we are going to give you a workout of the week every Wednesday. The great thing about this circuit is that it only requires one pair of dumbbells and pretty much anyone at any fitness level can complete the circuit.
Dumbell Quickie ( Video will be up soon)
Complete 4 rounds of this descending ladder circuit. Try to keep rest to a minimal until you complete each round.
Front Squat 8 Reps
Overhead Press 8,6,4,2
Renegade Rows 8 Reps/Side
Reverse Lunges 8,6,4,2/leg
There you have it, our first workout of the week. The good thing about this circuit is that you can use it as a finisher or a simple quick workout if you are pressed for time. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
