I'm George Kalantzis. I've spent the last fifteen years of my life as a Marine, father, husband, brother, and coach. My experiences have taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle despite balancing an insane schedule. And what works, and what doesn't. Not to mention I have a lot of fun doing it.
From Parris Island to training at the FBI academy and deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, I credit most of my success to the experiences that have taught me some of life’s toughest lessons.
