I've had the pleasure of working with George for several years - first as an intern at Cressey Sports Performance, and then as a fellow coach. I've seen first-hand his dedication to the craft and know anyone would be lucky to have him in their corner as their coach.
Before working with George I struggled not only to get out of bed each morning but also had great difficulty putting on a pair of pants without some pain involved. I can say with much satisfaction it was the best investment I've made in many years!I feel as though I'm 30 years of age again when it comes to those many daily movements we all take for granite as we get a little older. George is good natured, disciplined and most importantly he pushes to your potential.
I’m rapidly approaching my 60th birthday, and when I started training sessions with George I was inconsistently getting to the gym, in part due to a weak back that would tighten up occasionally if I pushed it.
George did a thorough assessment of my physical state and quickly zeroed in on a few key focus areas. Every time I set foot in the gym after our initial consultation I started to feel and move better. His experience with a variety of clientele adds an effective and different dimension to designing and evolving a program for each individual.I had never had a trainer email me after a session, which really helped me keep up my progress in between our sessions and during my travel for work.
I’m very happy with the results of our work together – I’m far more confident with my back and had a great time on two ski trips this season. Finally, George is just a great guy to spend time with – he’s reliable, flexible with scheduling, a good listener, energetic, and dedicated as well to his young family.
He is the best trainer I’ve ever had and I highly recommend him to anyone who has an insane schedule and wants to get back in shape.
I made a decision just before my 47th birthday to stop being fat and was very anxious and intimidated to go. I actually backed out several times before working with you.You've inspired me for over 2-1/2 years to work hard, stay focused, stay true to form and technique. It goes well beyond that of course. You're always willing to give personal instruction, take a real interest in my goals and adjust where needed. I wouldn't have been able to achieve my goals without your dedication to my results.
I've been working out with George multiple times per week and he is the perfect trainer for the busy guy who wants to push it hard each session with specific strength and agility goals. he is meticulous about the form and also incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and his background in massage therapy enable him to supplement our strength workouts with stretching and agility exercises to deliver a complete fitness program. On top of it all, he is a great guy who is interested in my life and fitness goals and has become a friend in the process. If you are looking to light a fire under your own fitness, George is your guy.
I have found George to be an extraordinary coach that has been able to show the versatility, intelligence, and discipline necessary to overcome my own personal limitations due to older injuries but not let me off the hook when it comes to training hard within those limitations. Since working with him I have lost 40 pounds, and recommend George for ANY of your fitness needs as he encourages you to push yourself to your goals…he will be right there with you.
Over 2 years go, I developed arthritis and spinal stenosis in my lower back, causing a lot of pain, limiting my daily activities and the inability to get a restful nights sleep. I’ve had at least 5 spinal injections over the past 2 years to help reduce the swelling and also tried acupuncture to no avail. The physical therapy through the Spine Institute was very limited and not helping to reduce any pain and discomfort. In approximately 4 months your program has developed my body strength to help overcome the pain and frustration, and now my daily activities are pain-free.
What can I say about George?I've been working with George for almost a year and he's a great coach--focused on form and safety and provides comprehensive coaching to develop strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Before I found George, I had been working out on my own and had plateaued without getting results. I was bored and didn't make good use of my workout time.
