Weekly Recipe: Egg Bake
The egg bake is probably one of my favorite recipes from Neghar Fonooni! It is so easy and so delicious! Not to mention I make one at the beginning of the week and my husband and I eat it all week long! It is a delicious, healthy breakfast on the go! The egg bake has come in clutch on the days that I am running late or do not feel like cooking something for breakfast! There are also unlimited combinations and you can always get creative! Sauté all vegetables and additional protein until cooked. Grease 8 by 8 pan with coconut oil. Cover the bottom of the dish with vegetable mix. Ensure that the vegetables are even spread out. Whisk the 10 eggs together and pour over the vegetables, again ensure that this is done evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

2 handfuls of broccoli
1 orange pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup tomatoes
