It’s the middle of the week, and some of you might be dragging due to the long work days and the stress associated with life.
10-Minute Total Body Fat Loss Circuit
This weeks circuit is a series of four exercises. You will need access to a trap bar and a pair of kettlebells. If you do not have access to those a pair of dumbbells will work just fine. You will put 10 minutes on the clock and perform 5 reps of each exercise, with minimal rest in between each exercise and only resting at the end of each round for no more than 90 seconds.
Trap Bar RDL x 5 Reps
Squat To Press x 5 Reps
Alternating Reverse Lunge x5/leg
KB Bentover Row x 5 Reps
