Over the past 12 months I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with some of the brightest people I have ever met. The team at Cressey Sports Performance has truly become a family and I am honored to be part of a team that encourages both professional and personal growth.

Today, I had an opportunity to write a guide to programming group fitness for the Personal Trainer Development Center. 

The fitness industry is shifting, and group training is becoming a norm. Today trainers are concerned about getting more people into group fitness workouts, and often throw their clients through a randomized list of workouts without paying attention to proper form, exercise selection, or flow of the class. This style of training gives group training a bad rap.
