It wasn’t until my life hit rock bottom and lost everything did I come to take %100 responsibility for my life.

Hi, I'm George Kalantzis

I’m a Marine, writer, high performance coach, father, and foodie.

I was introduced to fitness at a young age as a Marine, and those experiences made me realize that anything is possible when you live with a purpose.

Over the past fifteen years of my life, I’ve gone through hell and back which has allowed me to help others lose a few pounds, get their dream job, and improve their relationships.
