Workout of the Week : Barbell Complex

Summer timeIts just about Summer time here in New Hampshire, and that means a lot of people are starting to spend less time at the gym and more time doing things out doors, and we do not blame them as this years winter was a brutal one.

With more and more people spending less time in the gym, we have a great workout for you that will only take you about 15 minutes and will be sure to make you sweat.

The best thing about this complex is that you get the best of both worlds with strength and fat loss.

Barbell Complex

Reverse Lunge 5/leg

Push Press 5/leg

RDL x5

Bent over Row x 5

Repeat as many as rounds as possible for 15 minutes. Rest about about 45-60 seconds in between each round and as little as possible between exercises.
