Over the past few months, I have been squatting a lot! Let’s just say that squatting is not my best lift out of all of The Big 3. In order to give me something to work towards, I entered my first powerlifting meet 4 weeks from now.
Knowing that I was not that good at the squat, I went to Coach Greg Robins at The Strength House for help, and attended his seminar at the beginning of August. I learned a lot during the seminar and cleaned up my technique since then, and while the squat is still not my strongest, it has gotten a lot better. Here I am ,a month ago hitting 295×1…
