If you want an efficient workout then you have to try this circuit. This 5 moves, 3 rounds, no bull approach hits the entire body and really challenges your endurance.
What You Will Need For A Strong Core
Perform each exercise for no more than 30 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. If you have a bit more endurance you can shoot for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. After each round, you will want to rest at least one minute between rounds.
While this may seem easy at first, you will really start to feel those abs turn on once you get into the middle of the second round.
