Time is more important than ever before. The fast paced world makes us caught up with work, life, relationships and stress. Often times that means we sacrifice our own bodies and let ourselves go.
But it does not have to be that way and it is not your fault.
I’m here to tell you that you do not need fancy equipment or an hour in the gym to get a great workout in. While that is great, your life is busy and you do not have time for that right now. However, you can get a great workout in under 15 minutes and still leave time to get all of the other stuff done.
The 1 Dumbbell Only Circuit
You will need access to one dumbbell, about 10 minutes, and some motivation to work hard. Perform 10 reps of every exercise and rest minimally between movements. At the end of each round, rest 90 seconds and repeat three more times.
Goblet Squat x 10
Pushup x 10
Split Stance Row x10/side
Plank March 10/side
