This week I am playing catch up from last weekend in San Diego. My mind is still running a million miles a minute and I can not seem to calm down .

This weeks workout is another quick 15 minute circuit. You can use this as a standalone workout when you are crunched for time, or as a challenging finisher.
You will need access to a pair of dumbbells, and you will want to choose the same weight so that you can cruise through the circuit. Choose wisely as these exercises will catch up to you. Try to only rest no more than 90 seconds after each round.
