My name is Shawna Kalantzis. I have a love for all things healthy! I lead an active lifestyle! I always enjoy a challenge, whether it is a Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, or a local 5K I will always rise to the challenge. I am a NASM certified personal trainer and hold a degree in Nutrition Science. Nutrition has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
My love for fitness came about three years ago when I decided to embark on a fitness journey of my own. Over the three year period, with my own workouts and the help of my personal trainer, I lost 30 pounds, gained a new, positive attitude, and as well as more energy than I ever had before. This total body transformation inspired me to help others so that they could get the results they wanted just like I did. I love to help people accomplish their goals, realize their full potential, and have a better quality of life.
