One of the common themes associated with many people I train is lack of time to get to the gym. But did you know that you don’t need to spend countless hours in the gym each day or week to get results?
The key to getting results when crunched for time- Perform full body movements in a push-pull format with a little twist.
When paired together, these moves will work the entire body and help you build muscle while burning a ton of calories.
Not to mention, if you perform these exercises for 15 minutes straight, you’ll elevated the heart rate crank the metabolism into fat burning overdrive, and increase your work capacity.
You will start with 15 minutes on the clock. Perform as many rounds as you can get and try not to rest until the end of all four movements. Start with a lighter weight and force yourself to add weight as you go through each additional round. Warning, working like this is not as easy as it seems , so choose your weight wisely.
Each move is designed to push you past the comfort zone and really challenge you to dig down deep. Focus on quality form and attack every movement with a purpose.
